Payments & Insurance

Payment Options

In an effort to keep dental costs down while maintaining a high level of professional care, we request payment at the time of service.

Full payment is required for dental treatment at the appointment in which the treatment is performed. If assignment or insurance benefit is made to the office, only the estimated co-payment is required.

Use of your VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS is accepted.

All major treatment involving a laboratory procedure will require an appropriate payment prior to treatment.

Dental Insurance

Dental Insurance is designed to help pay part of the cost of dental treatment. Our office will prepare and submit the necessary forms to your insurance company. Your insurance must be a PPO. Our office will be considered an OUT OF NETWORK PROVIDER. If you have any questions regarding your dental insurance benefits, please bring your benefit booklet into the office, and our staff will be happy to review your coverage.

Dental insurance is a contract between the patient and the insurance carrier, not between the insurance carrier and the dentist. Patients are responsible for all dental fees. Any payment received by the dental office from the insurance carrier will be credited to the patient account.

Appointment Time

Your time is valuable, so we try very hard not to keep you waiting. This is why we work diligently to maintain our appointment schedule. If you need to change an appointment, we ask that you give us 48 hours notice to change to a more convenient time for you. The best time for your child’s appointment is not after school when they are tired of sitting and need to be physically active. Younger children need to rest in the afternoon. Interference with school time is rarely a problem, and school excuses are obtainable for this reason.
